Smt. Mamoni Doley, IAS, is a 2018-batch Indian Administrative Service officer of the Manipur cadre. Hailing from Assam, she holds an M.A. in Social Sciences and a postgraduate qualification in Public Relations. She entered the IAS through direct recruitment and has served in field administration, including her tenure as Deputy Commissioner of Senapati District, Manipur. As a district administrator, she has been associated with development initiatives, implementation of Government programmes, public service delivery and environmental and civic-management initiatives.
